Return Policy

You may return any product(s) ordered from Unravel within 14 days from delivery. To return any item please contact info@unravel.se. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement, exchange or a refund. All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition. Refunds will be made within 14 days after the return of the goods. Unravel will not refund the cost of the delivery for the return. Refunds or returns on purchases at Unravel’s web shop cannot be issued from any of Unravel’s retailers.
